She has launched and supported four investment funds ranging from $10M to $1B, leading technical diligence and partnering closely with founders on fundraising strategy. Sydney works hands-on with teams to design scalable technical architecture, hire exceptional engineers, and turn products into solutions users truly adopt. Before blockchain integrations, she worked in traditional banking compliance at Wells Fargo and open-source mission operations software for the aerospace industry. She is a 2x TEDx Speaker on scaling AI and has worked on critical blockchain ecosystem infrastructure including Filecoin, ConsenSys, The Graph, and Polkadot.
