I'm a software engineer working at Amazon. Prior to my current job, I worked as a software engineer intern in machine learning for acoustic processing in text-to-speech (speaker adaptation) and as a machine learning engineer intern for natural language processing in text-to-speech (real-time model inference and prediction optimization). I was also an intern at MBZUAI based in Abu Dhabi in the NLP department. I conducted independent research in code-switching synthesis through intonation unit detection with speech recognition models and was awarded scholarships at ACL 2024 in Bangkok, Thailand and at Interspeech 2024 in Kos, Greece. I am interested in multilingual spoken language processing and natural language processing, as well as multimodal translation.

I am working on an AI product-- EngageLabs AI. This product is based on AI agents inspired by BabyAGI that adapts to an individual’s persona and simulates diverse customer interactions for realistic training scenarios. Users can refine their customer service skills through realistic simulations. It provides interactions that mirror genuine customer encounters, as the most valuable lessons come from direct interactions with customers.
