CallGuard is a real-time AI security assistant that monitors live voice calls to detect business email compromise (BEC) and CEO fraud patterns. During a call, it transcribes audio, identifies suspicious phrases, and immediately alerts employees with a confidence score and clear instructions, preventing costly mistakes before they happen. After the call, it provides an audio explanation of the scam and allows one-click reporting to security. The end-to-end flow includes browser-based audio capture, transcription using ElevenLabs’ speech-to-text models, pattern detection powered by custom rules and LLM reasoning, and reasoning based on a Redis database.
