AI Investment Due Diligence
This talk demonstrates automating investment due diligence by using AI to analyze large unstructured data rooms, showcasing practical off-the-shelf tools and workflows.
Overview
A certain style of investment due diligence requires a potential acquiree to send a “data room” or, in technical terms, giant unstructured data dump to the investment firm. Today that data is parsed through by humans for lots of factors but I have been working with a startup to build a tool for automating much of this process. Of course, ML/AI drives the product. I’d love to show everyone!
