A certain style of investment due diligence requires a potential acquiree to send a “data room” or, in technical terms, giant unstructured data dump to the investment firm. Today that data is parsed through by humans for lots of factors but I have been working with a startup to build a tool for automating much of this process. Of course, ML/AI drives the product.
