AI Tinkerers x MongoDB Present: Demopalooza @ The Javits Center
Co-hosted by MongoDB x AI Tinkerers NYC
📅 Wednesday September 17
📍 The Javits Center, NYC
We’re putting together something special.
Demopalooza is a collaborative demo night between AI Tinkerers NYC and MongoDB — and it’s happening onstage at the Javits Center.
This is your moment to share what you’ve been building — weird, messy, half-finished, or just freshly shipped — with a room full of other builders, on a real stage, with real production behind it.
In order to demo, attendees must submit an application of their talk, see that form here!`
We’ll have cameras rolling, judges in the room, and a packed space of ~125 attendees from both the AI Tinkerers and MongoDB communities. If you’ve got something cool to show — a tool, an agent, a workflow, a new way to combine data and AI — submit a demo and come hang.
No pitch decks, no slides. No fluff. Just five minutes to show your work in progress with 90 seconds for questions!
The focus of demos are projects that utilize memory, multimodal AI, and MongoDB!
All accepted attendees to this month’s AI Tinkerers meetup will also receive complimentary full access to the MongoDB.local NYC conference happening earlier that day — including daytime programming, talks, and the 5:30pm happy hour, before the demo night kicks off upstairs.
🎤 Want to Demo?
We’re looking for projects that are raw, interesting, and technically creative — whether it’s your first agent or a system-level LLM workflow.
We encourage attendees to submit their demos that focus on memory, multimodal AI, and utilizing MongoDB because we will be announcing prizes from those tracks.
👉 Submit your demo: Demo Submission Form
🖥 5 minutes per demo + 90 seconds of Q\&A
🎥 Professionally recorded and shared afterward
💾 Opportunity to be featured in the AI Tinkerers newsletter + MongoDB highlight reel!
Selected demos will be part of a high-quality video recap and may be featured individually in future programming.
