DevRel Lead - Restate
Restate is building durable infrastructure for AI agents and backends. We're looking to hire our first DevRel Lead to spread the word and bring Restate to developers.

Project Concept
Conflict resolution coach that allows users to do role play exercises with real-time performance cues and assessment.
Original flow that we dismissed because Realtime API does not support multiple participants:
- Users initiate discussion
- Peacemaker introduces them to the process
- Users begin talking
- As users speak, Peacemaker listens quietly and gives real-time feedback about voice equity, empathy, and quality of communication
- Whenever the conversation quality degrades, Peacemaker intervenes to mediate
I’ve created:
- A Claude Project with the API docs for OpenAI Realtime and LiveKit
- A v0 project with an example UI
