Project Description
The V-SOC is designed to provide support for travelers or people who need security assistance, but for organizations where they don’t have the staff to provide a 24-7 human response. The agent receives the call, understands what kind of situation the user is in, and then routes it appropriately, either providing guidance from a set of SOPs when advice is required, or routing it to a human agent where there is an urgent requirement. This approach significantly expands the opportunity for organizations, particularly schools or NGOs, to support their travelers while abroad because a human G-SOC would be out of their reach financially.
