Current Freshmen at stevens institute, solo builder.
Built the Next.js Claude interface, wired Redis Agent Memory Server v1 endpoints for working + long-term memory, added diagnostics/health endpoint, and integrated Tavus Live Audio so users can speak naturally with the assistant. Implemented local embeddings to remove OpenAI dependency and improved error handling + UX in the memory modal.
Akash Lal is a Computer Science student at Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey, currently open to work. His technical work includes an SMS/email spam detection system using Python, scikit-learn, and TF-IDF, as well as Java implementations of data structures and algorithms. Akash also practices end-to-end model development through machine learning experiments documented in Jupyter notebooks based on Andrew Ng’s curriculum. He is looking for speaking opportunities and is open to introductions.
