Project Concept
A local-first, RAG-driven autonomous agent that replaces traditional technical support by observing, diagnosing, and fixing system issues directly on the user’s machine, all while maintaining total privacy and human-in-the-loop security.
In that way, we want to resolve complex technical issues locally and ease users’ learning curve without ever compromising privacy.

Built the full stack: FastAPI backend with FHIR R4 endpoints, WebSocket simulation loop, Redis caching for Claude responses, and the React + React Flow frontend with the clinical canvas, 20-patient priority dot bar, color-coded node types, real-time severity thresholding, and live event log. Integrated the Anthropic Claude API and generated the synthetic FHIR R4 patient dataset.

Clinical domain expertise. Defined the diabetes + CKD scenario, selected LOINC codes and alert thresholds, authored the Claude system prompt specifying the structured JSON output that drives canvas mutations, and wrote the demo script.
I am a medical doctor that has pivoted into tech. I have been working on the terminologies that serve as the foundation of semantic layers used on top of healthcare data that translate clinical language to machine readable language.
I am interested in healthcare and clinical applications that marries AI with my skills in terminology management.
I am working on data transmission techniques using FHIR. I would love to see what AI applications are relevant to these use cases.
