Project Description
DRAKO — Your AI Schedule Architect
DRAKO is an AI-powered personal schedule builder that creates your ideal
week through a conversational, gamified experience — then lets you refine
it by talking to an AI video coach face-to-face.
How it works
- Smart Onboarding — Tell DRAKO who you are: your role (builder,
operator, learner, hustler), when your brain turns on, your
non-negotiables, and your biggest scheduling struggle. DRAKO generates a
personalized productivity persona (e.g. “The Deep Work Machine”).
- Tinder-Style Block Placement — Swipe through your daily activities
(work, gym, deep focus, cooking, social) in a card-based game. Set the
time, duration, and which days — then hold-to-lock each block into your
week.
- AI Schedule Generation — Claude takes your placed blocks + persona and
builds a complete 7-day schedule, filling gaps with transitions, meals,
and wind-down time. Constraint-based: your blocks stay exactly where you
put them.
- Chat to Refine — Edit your schedule in plain English: “move gym to
7am”, “add 30min walk at 5pm”, “clear the evening.” Changes apply
instantly to your weekly calendar view.
- Face-to-Face AI Coaching — Talk to DRAKO through a Tavus-powered video
conversation. Your AI coach knows your persona, schedule, and habits —
and gives real-time voice advice.
Tech Stack
- Next.js 16 (App Router, Turbopack) + Tailwind CSS
- Claude AI (Haiku 4.5) — schedule generation, persona analysis, natural
language schedule editing - Tavus CVI — real-time AI video conversations
- Redis (Upstash) — user profiles, schedule persistence
- PWA — installable on mobile, works offline
- Vercel — production deployment
What makes it different
Most scheduling tools give you a blank calendar. DRAKO starts with who
you are — your energy patterns, your priorities, your bad habits — and
builds a schedule that protects what matters. Then it lets you talk to it
like a human coach to keep adjusting.
