Nirmay Das Team Lead RSVP Approved

Software Engineer at DraftKings
Nirmay worked on implementing the pipeline..
I’m a University of Texas at Austin student specializing in Electrical and Computer Engineering, with a focus on backend software engineering. Currently a SWE intern at DraftKings on the Backend Pick6 Team, where I work with distributed systems leveraging Kafka, MySQL, and .NET to build scalable, event-driven backend infrastructure for high-volume fantasy gaming products. Previous experiences include writing flight software for NASA’s SCOPE-1 CubeSat project at Texas Spacecraft Laboratory, leveraging F Prime to manage components and data for Artemis missions. Committed to building reliable systems that empower innovative technologies.
I'm interested in distributed systems, backend infrastructure, and AI-powered applications. I’m looking to connect with engineers working on real-time data pipelines, low-latency services, or AI/ML integrations at scale. I’m also eager to learn more about microservices, performance optimization, and infrastructure reliability across diverse industries.
I'm currently a backend SWE intern at DraftKings, leading a migration from Redis/RabbitMQ to Kafka pipelines, cutting latency to sub-120ms and saving $703/month in infra costs. At UT’s Texas Spacecraft Lab, I built C++ telemetry software for a NASA-funded satellite mission, achieving <100ms comms latency. I’m passionate about distributed systems and space-tech, and I continue refining personal AI and cloud projects on the side.

Yash Deelip Karbhari RSVP Approved

Machine Learning Intern at Benjamin Moore
Yash worked on the initial ideation and data assembly & processing from Kaggle..
Born curious, raised on Python. I build ML pipelines, forecast trends, and hunt for hidden signals in messy data.
Product analytics, GenAI, healthcare ML, and building scalable systems that actually get used. Always open to learning.
Currently tinkering with GenAI workflows for forecasting and multimodal AI. More here: github.com/yashkarbhari.

Arahant Kumar RSVP Approved

CTO at PIVOTtag
Arahant worked on coming up with a pipeline architecture for the project..
I’m a Computer Scientist, Entrepreneur and an Artist, with interests spanning Quantum Computing, Social Sciences, Fashion, Entrepreneurship, Business Strategy, Architecture, Philosophy, Economics and Interior Design. I have a knack for thinking out-of-the-box and building innovative solutions to unconventional problems. I bring creative and novel perspectives to the table with my first principles’ thinking, and I’m always breaking the mold! Give me a mundane problem, and I’ll come up with the most creative and unorthodox solution to it, no one wouldn’t have even thought of!
AI for travel, quantum computing, Art and Fashion, and more…
Working on creating AI-based recommendation engines for travelers
