I am Harshil, a growth oriented individual from NY. Being an AI Enthusiast, I believe that AI has an immense potential to solve humanity's most difficult challenges. Formerly as an AI Engineer, I've got the opportunity to learn and build enterprise-graded applications using SOTA LLMs and ML. These projects have significantly increased the conversion rates and boosted productivity of the entire team. I am currently building an AI product that has started to show some real potential in simulating realistic customer interactions for training purposes. This product allows users to refine customer service skills through lifelike AI-driven scenarios, enhancing practical learning. I’m eager to connect with fellow AI experts at AI Tinkerers to learn and perhaps share my knowledge as well.

I bring expertise in AI with hands-on experience building and deploying enterprise-level AI systems. My strengths include developing AI agents, real-time conversational AI, and sales intelligence solutions that drive significant revenue growth. My background includes successful projects in AI automation and data analysis. With an MS in Computer Science, certifications in Machine Learning, and 2+ years in AI roles, I offer a strong foundation in AI-driven solutions and real-world applications.

I am working on an AI product-- EngageLabs AI. This product is based on AI agents inspired by BabyAGI that adapts to an individual’s persona and simulates diverse customer interactions for realistic training scenarios. Users can refine their customer service skills through realistic simulations. It provides interactions that mirror genuine customer encounters, as the most valuable lessons come from direct interactions with customers.
