Project Description
Turnstile is a candidate screening product that helps teams evaluate people through real, structured conversations instead of filtering them out on resumes—capturing skills, communication, and role fit in a consistent, scalable way. In today’s market, strong candidates are often ghosted, stuck in long, opaque hiring funnels, or auto-rejected by ATS keyword filters that miss real ability and non-traditional backgrounds. Turnstile provides a fairer path: a consistent screening call format that focuses on what candidates can actually do, how they think, and how they communicate. Teams get comparable, high-signal evaluations, and candidates get a genuine chance to be heard—fast, respectful, and repeatable at scale.
