The assistant talks to users in real time, asks for their terminal, time until boarding, and food preferences, and then suggests the most suitable restaurants or cafés nearby. Where supported, it guides users through mobile ordering, pickup or delivery to the gate, and clearly explains the payment status and next steps. The goal is to reduce stress while traveling and make it easy for passengers to go from “I’m hungry” to “I know where to go and what I’m getting” in just a short, natural conversation.
